23 februari 2014: Wat weer een mooie zonnige dag had kunnen worden ontpopte in een wazige sluierbewolking door de talrijke trails.

P.S. Onderstaand de link met het verslag van een Italiaanse luchtpassagier van enkele jaren geleden. Hij vertelt dat de passagiers tijdens een intercontinentale vlucht bevolen werd om op klaarlichte dag de schermpjes voor de vliegtuigraampjes dicht te houden. Om te controleren of de passagiers hier gehoor aan gaven controleerden de stewardessen raampje voor raampje of ze ook daadwerkelijk dicht waren. Toen hij toch stiekem het schermpje omhoog schoof zag hij een groot web van trails om het vliegtuig hangen. Op de terugvlucht mochten er absoluut geen fotocamera's worden gebruikt.
