Dr. Rath was born in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1955. After graduating from medical school he worked as a physician and researcher at the University Clinic of Hamburg, Germany and the German Heart Center in Berlin. His research focused on the causes of arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular disease.

In 1987, Dr. Rath discovered the connection between vitamin C deficiency and a new risk factor for heart disease- lipoprotein(a).

After publication of these research findings in the American Heart Association journal "Arteriosclerosis," Dr. Rath accepted an invitation to join two-time Nobel Laureate Linus Pauling. In 1990 he went to the United States to become the first Director of Cardiovascular Research at the Linus Pauling Institute in Palo Alto, California.

Dr. Rath worked together with the late Nobel Laureate in various areas of nutritional research. The two scientists became close personal friends who shared common humanistic values, including their determination for peace and justice.

In 1994, shortly before his death, Linus Pauling stated: "There is no doubt in my mind that I was thinking about Dr. Rath as my successor."

Today Dr. Rath heads a research and development institute in nutritional and Cellular Medicine. His institute is conducting basic research and clinical studies to scientifically document the health benefits of micronutrients in fighting a multitude of diseases.

Dr. Rath is the founder of the scientific concept of Cellular Medicine, the systematic introduction into clinical medicine of the biochemical knowledge of the role of micronutrients as biocatalysts in a multitude of metabolic reactions at the cellular level.

Applying this scientific knowledge in the fight against diseases, he and his research team have identified the following common health conditions as being primarily caused by chronic deficiencies of micronutrients:

-Arteriosclerosis (the cause of coronary heart disease and stroke)
-High Blood Pressure
-Heart Failure
-Irregular Heart Beat
-Diabetic circulatory problems
-Osteoporosis
-Many forms of cancer
-Immune deficiencies as a precondition for a variety of infectious diseases, including AIDS

De leugens en megabonussen van de bankiers vallen in het niet bij de praktijken van de farmaceuten en de biotechreuzen.

De Amerikaanse filmmaker Jeff C. Hays werkt aan een nieuwe documentaire over vaccins en genetisch gemodificeerd voedsel.

Vijf miljoen mensen steunden Proposition 37, een voorgestelde maatregel om het labelen van genetisch aangepaste ingrediënten op voedselverpakkingen in de Amerikaanse staat Californië te verplichten. Peilingen wezen uit dat 85 procent van de burgers wil dat deze ingrediënten op de verpakking worden vermeld.

Achter de schermen

De maatregel werd uiteindelijk afgewezen omdat de biotechbedrijven en levensmiddelenfabrikanten alles uit de kast hadden gehaald voor een reclamecampagne. Voorstanders van de maatregel wisten 6,7 miljoen dollar in te zamelen. Monsanto, Dow en andere bedrijven zetten 44 miljoen dollar opzij en veegden het voorstel van tafel.

Als klap op de vuurpijl werd de Monsanto Protection Act van kracht. Waarom doen deze bedrijven er alles aan om genetisch gemodificeerde ingrediënten te verbergen terwijl ze tegelijkertijd zeggen dat ze volkomen veilig zijn? Twee miljoen mensen deden onlangs mee aan een wereldwijd protest tegen Monsanto.

Met zijn nieuwe film wil Hays de kijker laten zien wat er achter de schermen van deze industrie gebeurt, wat bewerkt voedsel met ons doet, waarom er steeds meer vaccinaties komen en waarom steeds meer mensen verslaafd zijn aan medicijnen.

Autisme

Toen hij aan zijn vorige film werkte ontdekte Hays dat er iets goed mis is met het systeem. Miljarden die in dezelfde zakken verdwijnen terwijl iedereen die twijfelt aan de veiligheid van vaccins, medicijnen en industriële landbouwbedrijven belachelijk wordt gemaakt of gekleineerd. Ondertussen blijven de miljarden stromen en worden de grote corporaties steeds groter.

Hays laat zien dat vaccins onveilig zijn. De Amerikaanse overheid heeft een speciale vaccinatie-rechtbank opgezet om de vaccinmakers te beschermen en slachtoffers te compenseren.

De Amerikaanse gezondheidsdienst CDC stelt dat vaccins geen autisme veroorzaken, maar toch kent de vaccinatie-rechtbank al jaren schadevergoedingen toe aan kinderen die hersenschade hebben opgelopen als gevolg van vaccins. Ook betaalt de rechtbank geregeld behandelingen voor kinderen die zijn gediagnosticeerd met autisme.

De film toont tot besluit hoe de hele gezondheidszorg, van opleiding tot operatietafel, in handen is van de farma-industrie. De farmaceutische bedrijven maken voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe medicijnen gretig gebruik van de experimenten die het leger heeft uitgevoerd met psychotrope medicatie.

The consumption of drinking water rich in Fluoride has toxic effects on the central nervous system. In cell biology research, Fluoride is currently used as a phosphatase inhibitor. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of fluoride on different physiological processes in GH4C1 pituitary tumour cells. We used a range of different fluoride concentrations, from levels below normal human serum concentrations (0.23 and 1.2 micromol/L) to those observed in chronically exposed persons (10.7 micromol/L) and above (107 and 1072 micromol/L). Treatment of 10.7 micromol/L fluoride resulted in a discrete induction of DNA synthesis, without a change in cell number. Cell migration, a behaviour stimulated by growth factors, was increased in cells treated with 2.4 micromol/L. At this fluoride concentration, changes in phosphorylation status of both cytoskeletal and cytosolic protein fractions, as well as in actin cytoskeletal arrangements were observed. The GH4C1 fluoride treated cells had significantly less cellular protein than control cells, suggesting an effect of fluoride on hormone secretion and protein synthesis in this endocrine cell. The bioreduction of MTT was significantly increased with a wide range of fluoride concentrations. With the highest fluoride concentration, 1072 micromol/L, all of the analysed parameters were significantly reduced, suggesting that this dose is highly toxic in GH4C1 cells. Our results show that biologically relevant concentrations of fluoride are capable of increasing cell migration in tumour cells, suggesting that exposure to fluoride could stimulate tumour invasion.
